NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. MAKING A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
ALL DISPUTES WILL BE RESOLVED SOLELY BY BINDING ARBITRATION AND ENTRANTS WAIVE THE ABILITY TO BRING CLAIMS IN A CLASS ACTION FORMAT.
SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY PERIOD: The AJ’s Pizza Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:00:01 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on Saturday, July 15, 2023, and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on Sunday, December 31, 2023 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).
ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of New Jersey, who are age 18 or older at the time of entry. Void outside New Jersey and wherever else prohibited by law. Employees of AJ’s Pizza LLC (the “Sponsor”), US Sweepstakes & Fulfillment Company (the “Sweepstakes Administrator”) and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family members (spouses, parents, children, and siblings and their spouses) of, and/or those living in the same household of each, are not eligible to enter. Sweepstakes are subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
HOW TO ENTER: There are three (3) ways to enter.
Method #1: Online Order Entry. During the Sweepstakes Period, place an online order on the app Toast with a participating pizza/restaurant, complete the order form, and submit to receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes (the “Online Order Entry”). Online Order entrants are subject to all notices posted online including but not limited to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, which can be found at https://ajspizza.net/.
Method #2: Phone Order Entry. During the Sweepstakes Period, place an order by phone with a participating pizza/restaurant, and you will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes (the “Phone Order Entry”).
Method #3: Alternate Method of Entry (“AMOE”). To enter without making a purchase, mail a postcard (the “Mail-In Entry”), including your name, complete address, email address, and phone number to the following address to receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes: AJ’s Pizza Sweepstakes, PO Box 728, Social Circle, GA 30025-728. Each Mail-In Entry must be mailed separately and must be postmarked and received by the date indicated in the chart below, to be eligible for that Entry Period drawing. Photocopied, illegible, or mechanically reproduced entries are not eligible. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned or
acknowledged. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, damaged, misdirected, or postage-due mailed entries.
Online Order Entry, Phone Order Entry, and Mail-In Entry are collectively referred to herein as “Entry” or “Entries”. Limit: One (1) Entry per person per day regardless of whether the entrant has more than one email address. All methods of entry have an equal chance of winning. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.
ENTRY PERIODS: There are six (6) Entry Periods as defined in the chart below (“Entry Period”). Entries must be received during the Entry Period to be eligible for that Entry Period drawing. Non-winning Entry Period entries will not be rolled over to subsequent Entry Periods.

PRIZES/APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (“ARV”)/ODDS: There are twenty-one (21) Monthly Prizes available to be won.
Grand Prize: There is one (1) Grand Prize available to be won. The Grand Prize includes $500 cash. The ARV of the Grand Prize: $500 per month.
First Prize: There is one (1) First Prize available to be won. The first Prize includes $250 cash. The ARV of the First Prize: is $250 per month.
Second Prizes: There are six (6) Second Prizes available to be won. The second Prize includes a $100 AJ’s Pizza Gift Card. The ARV of each Second Prize: $100.
Third Prizes: There are thirteen (13) Third Prizes available to be won. The third Prize includes a $50 AJ’s Pizza Gift Card. The ARV of each Third Prize: is $50.
The total ARV of all monthly prizes available to be won: is $2,000.
The total ARV of all prizes available to be won: is $12,000.
There is a limit of one (1) prize per person per the Sweepstakes Period. The odds of winning will depend upon the total number of eligible entries received.
RANDOM DRAWING: Monthly Prize winners will be selected in a series of random drawings from among all eligible entries received within the corresponding Entry Period on or about the corresponding Entry Period Drawing Date indicated in the Entry Period Schedule in the “Entry Periods” section of these Official Rules. Potential Monthly Prize winners will be notified by email
and requested to confirm their mailing address within 48 hours via return email. Prizes will be sent to the address provided via email within 4-6 weeks of the winner being verified.
WINNER NOTIFICATION & VERIFICATION: Potential winners will be notified by email and required to confirm their mailing address within 48 hours via return email. Noncompliance will result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected. Prizes will be sent within 4-6 weeks of the winner being verified.
If a prize notification or prize is returned as undeliverable, or if the winner is found to be ineligible or not in compliance with these Official Rules, that winner will be disqualified, and the prize may be awarded to an alternate winner in a separate random drawing. If the Sponsor is unable to determine and verify a potential winner after repeated alternate drawings or if the Sponsor fails to receive a sufficient number of entries to correspond to the number of prizes available to be awarded, the Sponsor reserves the right to not award such prize(s).
